Think crisp Sauvignon Blanc and flutes of the finest Cap Classique paired with delicious, locally inspired cuisine and make your way to our popular signature restaurant, Cuvée, for a memorable celebration with family and friends.
This culinary hotspot outside Stellenbosch adds extra merit to your achievements with an exclusive Sauvignon Blanc Menu of two or three course indulgences inspired by the estate’s Sunbird Sauvignon Blanc. Brimming with vivacious taste combinations and textures, each of these dishes are as vibrant as a malachite sunbird, drawn to the Cape’s indigenous fynbos hills where superb Sauvignon blanc is grown.
Cuvée’s special graduation lunches and dinners will be on offer during the last two weeks of November and the first two weeks in December – with the menu changing on a weekly basis. It ranges from R180 to R200 per head and includes a sparkling flute of SA’s first and foremost Cap Classique, Kaapse Vonkel, on arrival as well as a glass of Simonsig Sunbird Sauvignon Blanc 2010 with your meal.

Cuvée is open from Tuesday to Thursday, 11h00 – 15h00, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11h00 – 15h00 and 19h00 – 22h00 and Sundays for lunch.
