EASTER CELEBRATIONS AT LABORIE

Celebrate Easter in style with family and friends by heading out to Laborie Wine Farm for their inaugural ‘Easter with Laborie’ on Saturday, 16 April. Situated in the heart of Paarl, and surrounded by the majestic Drakenstein Mountains, with the Paarl Mountain as its backdrop, Laborie is regarded as one of the precious jewels in the Cape Winelands District.

Aiming to make this an annual event, Laborie will host a pre-Easter celebration on the Saturday prior to the Easter long weekend, with a multitude of fun activities for young and old.  Kiddies’ activities will be available throughout the day, and include an Easter egg hunt, a special appearance by none other than the Easter Bunny, Easter egg and card making demonstrations as well as a movie.

Adults can look forward to a wine and chocolate pairing, food stalls, live entertainment, superb wines, bubbly and cocktails which will be on offer, as well as a charity auction of Easter eggs, decorated especially for the event by some of South Africa’s top chefs.

Gates open at 15h00 with the entrance fee for adults at R100 per person.  The entry fee includes five tasting coupons, a tasting glass and a bottle of wine per person (upon departure).  Children under 18 are welcome to come and enjoy the celebrations at no charge.
