This is created by the late afternoon mist and sea breezes that drift inland from False Bay and Table Bay, forming ideal conditions for the slow ripening of the grapes. During the winemaking process, only the most modern and technologically advanced cellar equipment is used to handle a maximum capacity of 8,000 tons of hand picked harvested grapes.
