Noble Hill

Noble Hill is the winelands' hidden gem: a family owned vineyard and winery tucked between Kanonkop & Paarl mountains. We produce single-vineyard estate wine for selected establishments in South Africa and abroad.

Our secret ingredient is dirt. Our wines are made to reflect the soil, climate, and geology of the Simonsberg. It's sense of place that grounds us, literally.

Estate wine is better wine. Growing the fruit on the farm is about control: We can monitor the development of the vine from the first planting to the last harvest, work meticulously to top, sucker, and prune every juncture.
