Steenberg Vineyards is the oldest farm in the historic and picturesque Constantia Valley. With our vineyards clinging to the East facing slopes of Steenberg Mountain, part of the Table Mountain range, and cooling South Easterly winds blowing straight off Atlantic Ocean, our vineyards flourish in this maritime climate. Steenberg is known for producing exquisite Sauvignon Blanc’s, with Semillon and elegant, old-world style red wines to complete the portfolio.

The March Wine Special: 2010 Semillon selling for R152 (normal price of R190).

Light gold with green hue. Ripe tropical fruit on the nose. Peach and apricots with hints of crème brullet and lemon meringue on the palate, followed by quinces and tangerine on the aftertaste. Great structure and length with a soft creaminess that lingers. Will greatly reward cellaring.
