Beautifully appointed to give full expression to the spectacular valley views, Mange Tout is a fine dining restaurant in every aspect. The room has an elegant Provencal feel that is matched with a skilful touch and contemporary design.
With the menu changing regularly for variety, our chef likes to source the freshest ingredients from around the globe. An a la carte menu is available with dishes like Butternut Risotto, deep fried mozzarella, Parmesan tuile and ice-cream and Marinated Franschhoek Trout, trout rillette, avocado mousse and apple salsa or end the meal with a Banana Soufflé, poached banana and Jack Daniels ice cream.
Alternatively, for those who enjoy a buffet of flavours you will also find a 5-course degustation menu to entice. The wine list features many of the wines of the Franschhoek valley, including those from our own estate, and you will also find some great choices from further a field as well as international wines.
