What's happening at Hillcrest? Wine, Grapes & Rock n Roll....

Come join Hillcrest Estate in celebrating our 2011 Harvest Day! The event marks the end of the grape harvest and the arrival of autumn with a one-day feast filled with grape gastronomy, country fare, live rock n roll music, squishy grape-stomping, and yes, plenty of seasonal wines to sip.

A mere 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town, Hillcrest Estate is set in the rolling hills and is the perfect place to enjoy the last summer days with family and friends in our mesmerizing quarry.

There will be FREE wine and olive tasting in our tasting room all day from 9am - 5pm.

For the more adventurous come join us in the Quarry where you can stomp your feet to the beat of the Rock ‘n Roll sound by Jacobus Brink!! Grape stomping, wine, olives & fermenting wine will be on sale. Food vendors & a jumping castle are also available.

Festival goers can bring their own picnic baskets, blankets & umbrellas to come and enjoy the day with us. No alcohol will be permitted. Remember to pack in your hat, sun block and soccer ball for the kids.

Come see the natural beauty of The Quarry, breathtaking views of the ocean and rolling hills. Hear some stirring rhythms and get your hands dirty whilst joining in the grape picking and traditional stomping of grapes. Bring the whole family and come join us for a fun filled day @ The Quarry!
