Video Description: This summer you can look forward to a fantastic crayfish and Sauvignon Blanc pairing. Every year OYO Restaurant and Cocktail bar sells 7 tons of crayfish between December and April and this year will be no different! Guests can look forward to taste the Hartenberg Sauvignon Blanc 2009 exclusively produced for OYO.
The Sauvignon Blanc has been on the leese for 12 months resulting in a balanced and full wine. So for those of you who enjoy a wine with a "not to high" acidity but loves the vegetative characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc -- This one is for you! (And it pairs so well with the crayfish!)

OYO Restaurant and Cocktail bar is well positioned in the hub of the waterfront at the Victoria and Alfred Hotel (Newmark Hotels).
