Description
Now five years old, the Robertson Wine on the River will take place From 15 – 17 October 2010. This idyllic open-air wine festival takes place on the banks of the Breede River at the Goudmyn Farm on the R317 road between Robertson and Bonnievale. Just imagine a setting with the river flowing by, vineyards all around, beautiful hills and shading trees. Add to that live music, plenty of wines to taste, picnics and other local produce – and you’ve got yourself a spring festival not to be missed!

- From Cape Town take the N1 towards Worcester
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights as you enter Worcester, take the turn-off right towards Robertson (R60)
- At the 4th set of traffic lights (Panarotti's is on your right hand side), take the turn-off left towards Robertson
- At the 1st set of traffic lights, take the turn-off right towards Robertson (R60)
- Robertson is about 40 km further
- Keep going straight, driving through Robertson
- As you leave the town you'll get to a small traffic circle
- Take the turn-off right towards Bonnievale (R317)
Limited parking is available on site, where after guests will be able to park at the neighboring Spes Bona site on Saturday, 1km away. From here a shuttle will take you to the festival area
