We purchased our land in 2006, planted in 2007 and 2008 and produced our first vintage in 2010. Producing wines from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay (both unoaked and oaked) for our white wines and Pinot Noir and Syrah for our reds, we have 8.5 hectares of vineyard planted. Seven Springs Vineyard is situated just 8kms from the cooling Atlantic Ocean (Walker Bay) and we are situated on the R320 Hemel en Aarde Road between Hermanus and Caledon. Excellent Bokkeveld shale soils (also called Malmesbury shale) and the cooling influences of the ocean means we have the potential to produce first class wines.
