HOOPENBURG INTEGER RANGE
Anton Beukes, General Manager at Hoopenburg , goes through an intense tasting process before selecting the 10 best barrels of wine that will be blended for the Integer range. Fruit flavours plays a very important role in this selection to create a wine with uniformity, balance and structure.
The best fruit will be selected from the best block of vines for each variety in the integer range. The wine-making process is also complex with techniques ranging from cold soaking, open fermentors, natural yeast, extended skin contact and barrel aging.

Hoopenburg is on the R101 Stellenbosch and well worth a visit. (See MAP) Hoopeneburg has also mastered the art of producing top Chardonnay and have received many awards over time
