SA CHEESE FESTIVAL 2012

Despite the weekend’s winter chill the annual SA Cheese Festival was an enormous success. A remarkable assortment of artisanal cheeses by various boutique producers and well known industry leaders. Agri-Expo succeeded in “bringing cheese to the people” with a sell out event on both the Saturday and Sunday. Sandringham handled the crowds of up to 10 000 visitors per day with great ease.

We’ve interviewed Mariana Rabie (Agri-Expo) on the last day of the event to give us a general overview on the 2012 festival
